The Brittany Condominium Association is run by an active community based 7 member Board. The association was formed for the purpose of maintaining the building, property maintenance, common areas accessibility, and the safety of our community for the enjoyment of all.  You will become a member of the Association the day you closed on your new home.

Some of the areas that are the focus for the Board of Directors includes, but not limited to:

  • Overall property management

  • Architectural control

  • Covenant and By-laws enforcement

  • Accounting and Finance

Each month the Board of Directors holds meetings to discuss the business of The Brittany and all meetings are open to the public.

Additionally, there are committees to facilitate the community needs, currently there are the following committees:

  • Building and Grounds Task Force

  • Social Committee

  • Communications Committee

  • Ad-hoc Rules Committee

  • Budget and Finance Task Force (Ad-hoc Budget Committee)

  • Innovation and Special Projects Committee
